To All The Angels Taken With This xxx

My daughter Leonie was taken by this terrible illness in 1990 aged just 3 years, when they didn't realise you could get meningitis without developing the rash which delayed the treatment so urgently needed - She went to bed on the Sunday night and was semi conscious the following morning - we rushed her to A&E where they thoght she may of banged her head in the night??? Therefore they thought she had concussion and decided to 'let her sleep it off' and by the time they realised the misdiagnosis - it was too late!!! So my heart goes out to all the other people who have lost their precious Angels to this silent deadly disease - Love and hugs to you all xxxxx

MY HEART GOES OUT 2 ALL THE ANGELS WHO GOT TUK BY THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE ..
A LOST MY SISTA 'CHARMAINE DUXFIELD' IN NOVEMBER 2006 BECAUSE OF THIS,, AT THE AGE OF ONLY 16!!
SHE HAD NO SYMPTOMS WHAT SO EVER .. SHE WAS A NORMAL FIT AND HEALTY 16 YEAR OLD,, AND NO1 WILL EVER NO WHY THIS EVER HAPPENED 2 HER ..
I JUST HOPE THAT SOMEDAY THAT THERE WILL BE A VACCINE 4 THIS HORRIBLE DISEASE ..
R.I.P 2 ALL THE BEAUTIFUL ANGELS WHO ARE VICTIMS OV MENINGITIS .. MY HEART GOES OUT 2 EVERYONE ..

all three of my children had meningitis and only 2 servived

MY DEEPEST SYMPATH TO ALL THEM LITTLE ANGELS WHO LOST THERE LIFES TO THATG DEMON,D OF A BUG.
ALL THREE OF MY CHILDREN HAD THAT KILLER BUG MY FIRST DAVID WAS BORN VALENTINESDAY 98 10 YEARS AGO.
THEN MY SON KENNETH HADIT AT THE AGE OF 4 MONTHS OLD THEY TOLD ME HE WOULDNT MAKE THE NEXT TWENTY FOUR HOURS THEY EVEN PHONED MY PARENTS WHO WERE IN TENERIFE AT THE TIME HAVING A HOLLIDAY,THEY TOLD THEM THEY MIGHT MAKE IT BACK TO SAY GOODBYE BUT HE FOUGHT HIS WAY BACK HE WAS IN INTENSIVE CARE FOR 3 WKS ON A VENTILATER BUT HE SURVIVED THANK GOD.
THEN I HAD MY DAUGHTER CHLOE THEN AT THE AGE OF SIX MONTHS OLD MY NIGHTMARE STARTED AGAIN WHEN I RUSHED HER TO HOSPITAL. AND THE DOCTOR CONFIRMED MENICCOCAL SEPTISEMIA BUT DUE TO MY QUICK RESPONES HAVING KNOWN THE SYMTOMS BY NOW I TOOK HER STRAIGHT TO HOSPITAL AND SHE WAS ONLY IN HOSPITAL 7 DAYS. THE DOCTORS DONT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR SO I DONT TRUST MY DOCTORS NO MORE I TAKE MY CHILDREN STRAIGHT TO HOSPITAL NOW. SO I KNOW THE PAIN OF MENINGITIS AND I FEEL FOR ALL THOSE LOST AND THOSE WHO HAVE LOST XX

i deeply sympathise with anyone who has lost someone to meningitis as my nephew david died of it at 8 weeks old his brother also contracted the same strain and was giving 24 hours to live when he was 4 months old but he was a fighter he survived but is severlly autistic there sister also got it but not the same strain she is here my sister is brave.

Sweet Angel children
so innocent and gay
until a disease called meningitis
took your life away.

valentimes in heaven

this valentimes is not the ordinary kind,
it's still filled with love...and blessings inside,
but mine has to be sent on the wing's of love...
you see it's destinatons is the heaven's above.

it's not being sent to my parent's so dear.
for they are still with me each day of the year;
it's being sent to my child...who left earth so soon,
who's now in the heaven's with the star's and the moon.

the message is the same as your valentine.
i love you...my sweet precious child of mine;
my love is still deeper then the ocean is blue,
and it's sent with hugs and kisses from me to you.

i know you are with me each and every day,
you listen as i talk to you...and hear what i say;
for that is one thing that disease cannot do...
...you'll always be a part of me and me a part of you.

i know god did not give you the awful disease,
thank him for his comfort he gave me...would you please?
i don't know what i would do without his undring love...
sent to bereaved parent's from heaven above.

i know you are in the best care,
but it's so hard for us left on earth to bear,
could you put in a request from us left behind...
for god to sent the knowledge...so a cure we can find.

so that no other family has to go though the pain,

i to lost my beautiful son to meningitus Liam Robert E lliott aged 17 months i now help raise money for meningitus research in my sons memory to help prevent this awful disease afflicting anyone else god bless all the meningitus angels xx
